Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, mailing or delivery address, vehicle details such as VIN, lot number and auction information, copies of documents needed for a transaction such as a title, bill of sale or identification, and payment details needed to issue invoices and record payments. We also collect the content of calls, text messages and emails you exchange with our staff. Our website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use your information to quote, arrange and track vehicle purchases, transport, shipping and export; to send you status updates and requests for documents; to issue invoices and confirm payments; to respond to your questions; to meet legal, customs and record-keeping requirements; and to protect against fraud.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you contact us by text or ask us to text you, we will send you one-to-one, conversational messages about your transaction: replies to your questions, pickup and delivery updates, document requests, delivery scheduling and payment confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
